Meet Kassandra Ramsey, The Esquire Coach! Kassandra is the founder of The Law Office of Kassandra Ramsey, P.L.L.C. She is a sports and entertainment attorney, writer, and college athletes' rights advocate. Kassandra has written extensively on college athletes' name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights. Her writings has been featured on the Unafraid Show and the Business of College Sports.

 

Additionally, Kassandra wrote a speech in favor of college athletes' NIL rights for a presenter who testified before the United States Senate. Kassandra has authored two e-books on NIL for college athletes. Most recently, Kassandra authored a law review article addressing gender equity issues regarding NIL Collectives. The article is entitled “NIL Collectives – Title IX’s Latest Challenge” and was published in the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.

 

 

Kassandra is graduate of Virginia State University and Howard University School of Law. She is licensed in District of Columbia, Maryland, and New York.
